How long are the lease terms?

This is not a short term stay situation. Our goal is to provide housing for long them locals. So, the minimum lease is 12 months.

Do you allow pets?

While we allow pets, size and temperament will be considered carefully for what is safe for your pet as well as your apartment neighbors. If we approve your pet or pets, there will be a $250 nonrefundable deposit per pet. We will also charge $50 per month per pet.

What is the parking situation?

There are two tandem parking spots, one individual and one handicap parking space available to rent. Street parking is the other option. Street parking is first come first serve. Like any downtown area there will be busier times and slower times. Downtown Eagle has ample street parking but please be aware that there will be times that there will be a short walk.

How does laundry work?

Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Does it cost to submit an application?

Yes, we use a service that goes through a background and credit check.

How will utilities work?

To save the hassle of providing all kinds of deposits and information to the utility companies there will be an additional fee to cover utilities. This will include the following:

  • Water
  • Gas
  • Electricity
  • Internet

This will be a $200 fee.

Please note, each residential unit will be individual metered. Any unusual usage will be detected.

Do you accept electronic payments?

Yes, in fact we will only be accepting electronic forms of payment. Either through a credit card or ACH transfer. Rents will need to be submitted and collected through our property management system, Innago.

How many people can live in the units?

These are all two-bedroom units, so we limit it to two people per bedroom.

What is provided for internet?

Each unit will be equipped with a RUKUS 550 WiFi router. Each unit will have connectivity to the 3 wall jacks in each unit with one port to spare. With this ultra-high speed connection tenants can get any 4k+ streaming TV, Voice, surveillance, and many other top services. There will be no cable nor satellite in the units.

Do you require renters’ insurance?

Yes, we do. You can either purchase this through our rental and property management system or bring your own. You’ll need to provide this when you sign the lease.
